Maatsuyker Island Lighthouse
This camera was made while on a three month arts residency on the remote Maatsuyker Island, 15km off the bottom of the southwest of Tasmania.
The camera takes 360 degree photographs on 35mm film. It was made from the waste packaging of the food we ate on the island. The measurements to make this camera were taken from a copy of the blueprints for the original light house build in 1891.
